An Outstanding Experience

I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience goes as smoothly as possible.

NEED TO CANCEL?

What You Need to Know

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, I will have to charge an administration fee (50% of the service booked).

LATE ARRIVALS

Inform Us in Advance

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If I keep the appointment for you, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked, but we can usually squeeze something in. Likewise, if I am running late I will give you a heads up, this will not affect your full service availability.
